Requesting A New Password

When you 'reset your password', we will email you a new password within 5 minutes (Normally a few seconds). If you dont get an email, then your email address may be wrong on our system; if this happens please use the "Site Feedback" at the bottom of the screen or speak to Jenny, Dave or Mark.

Our Advice: You should always keep your password safe and not tell anyone your password. We will never ask for your password. You should change your password if you think anyone may know it. We also suggest you change your password every 3 months.

If you ever forget your password, you can easily request it via the 'Lost Password' link.
